    MiAcademy, the Learning & Development arm of MIT ESP, aims to create a talent-centric environment that equips our people with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles, build a pipeline of future-ready talent, and extend our expertise beyond MIT ESP, both locally and globally. Our strategic focus on people development is delivered through five key pillars: Embedding MIT ESP DNA, Building Technical/Functional Capabilities, Building Business Leaders, Skills for Success, and Beyond MIT ESP. Through these pillars, we offer long-term development initiatives, certifications, and a blended learning approach, all supported by partnerships with top local and international training faculties, e-learning platforms, and cross-cultural experiences.
